1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Hebei Xinheng Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. processes personal data collected through this website — mainly the inquiry form, email correspondence and standard server logs.

Through the inquiry form: your name, company, work email, country, product of interest, estimated quantity and any message you write. Providing these fields is voluntary, but without a company and email we cannot quote.

Through server logs: IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp, retained by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, arrange samples and ship orders. We rely on legitimate interest (responding to a business-to-business request) and, where applicable, your consent.
