A factory that ships houses, not catalogues.
Hebei Xinheng Integrated Housing builds expandable and flat-pack container houses in Botou — 200 km south of Beijing, in the middle of China’s steel-frame cluster.
How we started
We started in 2023 with one product done properly: the double-wing expandable house. Frames are cut and welded in our workshop, panels come off our own sandwich line, and electrics and bathrooms are fitted before the unit is packed. Nothing critical is left to the site.
Our registered scope covers container manufacturing, metal structures and import/export, which means we handle the export paperwork ourselves. Every order leaves with a loading plan, an installation manual and a packing list that matches the container.
Milestones
Company registered in Botou; double-wing expandable house goes into production.
First export orders to the Middle East — UAE and Saudi labour camps.
Folding container line added; flat-pack range introduced for remote sites.
Capacity reaches 120 units per month; export markets now include New Zealand, Singapore, the United States, Canada, Australia and Thailand.

Pre-assembly and trial fit
Every unit is trial-assembled and water-tested before it is packed.
